To use your warranty, simply email us at support@hannahleejewelry.com with a description of the issue and a photo of the product. Once evaluated, we’ll offer a replacement or reimbursement, depending on your location.

Although our jewelry undergoes rigorous testing, the warranty covers tarnishing, allergic reactions, water damage, and breakage. We’re here to help, so you can shop with total peace of mind!

Our jewelry is designed to be water-resistant, so you don't have to worry about taking it off when you're near water. However, we recommend limiting prolonged exposure to water to keep your jewelry looking its best.

Gold Plated Jewelry:

Gently rub your gold-plated jewelry with supplied soft jewelry cloth to restore its shine. After every use, clean your jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt.
